Juli Geske-Peer experienced an early life of profound family dysfunction that she carried for several years into her adult life. However, she chose to be a chain breaker through self-awareness and therapy. Through several years of treatment and counseling, she now has a very healthy self-awareness. While she can deal with her past, she knows various events can trigger negative thoughts. She has learned how to deal with ideas that she documents in her book, “5 Senses for Success: Strategies to Thrive in Any Arena.”
